Conduct and Transfer certificate shall be issue after the completion of course.No transfer certificate will be issued to those from whom there are any dues to the college.No fee will be levied from those who apply for T.C within one year after leaving the college.a fee Rs.2 will be levied from those who apply for T.C after the lapse of one year from the date of leaving the college.an additional fee of e.l will be levied from those who apply for duplicate copy of the T.C with the recommendation of the First Class Magistrate.

Every student should take his/her T.C at the end of his/her course and produce it when he/she is admitted for the next course:

No student who has previously studied in any recognized school or college (including Maharaja's College , Ernakulam) shall be admitted to the college unless he presents the transfer certificate showing

	The name of the student in full;
	The date of birth as entered in the admission register;
	The dates on which he was admitted to and on which he left the institution;
	The class in which he studied at the time of leaving it;
	If it be the time when annual promotions take place
